The firm of Architects Phelps/Wood was created in 1982 when Arthur V. Phelps and Lawrence W. Wood joined forces to establish an architectural design firm in north Texas. Since that time, this professional partnership has grown and produced a variety of projects throughout the state of Texas. Some of the projects completed by Architects Phelps/Wood include educational facilities, corporate office buildings, civic centers, senior centers, retail office space, and a wide variety of projects for city and county governments. Today, Architects Phelps/Wood specializes in developing projects for the growing municipalities in the north Texas region. Since it's inception Architects Phelps/Wood has responded to design challenges with creativity, timeliness, cost consciousness and a commitment to work within project planning constraints. Working closely with our consultants, we are able to provide accurate construction cost estimates at each phase of the project. The firm provides services in every major architectural field including programming, master planning, interior design and can even assist with any landscape architectural design needs.
